Genus Power Infrastructures zooms on getting LoA of Rs 828.57 crore
Genus Power Infrastructures is currently trading at Rs. 106.25, up by 5.25 points or 5.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 101.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 102.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 109.00 and Rs. 99.55 respectively. So far 201954 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 113.00 on 21-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 45.50 on 03-May-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 109.00 and Rs. 98.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2622.77 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.34% and 43.21% respectively.
Genus Power Infrastructures has received a letter of award (LoA) for worth Rs 828.57 crore (net of tax) from State Utility. The order is for appointment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) including design of AMI system with supply, installation and commissioning of 10 lakh Smart Prepaid Meters, DT Meter level energy accounting and FMS of these 10 lakh smart meters.
This is the single largest order finalized by any state utility in the country for AMISP. This order reaffirms company’s market position and capability as a technologically advanced metering solutions provider.
