G R Infraprojects rises as its arm achieves financial closure for Madhya Pradesh Project

GR Infraprojects is currently trading at Rs. 1176.05, up by 11.75 points or 1.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 1164.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1164.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1181.15 and Rs. 1163.25 respectively. So far 448 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2010.00 on 18-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1074.35 on 04-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1196.25 and Rs. 1096.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11257.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 79.74%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.30% and 3.96% respectively.

G R Infraprojects’ Wholly Owned Subsidiary -- Rajgarh Transmission has achieved the Financial Closure for its Project 'Transmission system for evacuation of power from RE projects in Rajgarh (2500 MW) SEZ in Madhya Pradesh' vide letter dated October 27, 2022 by Standard Chartered Bank and subsequently acknowledged by the Long-Term Transmission Customer Rewa Ultra Mega Solar vide its letter dated November 14, 2022. Cost of the project is Rs 426 crore.
