FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per March 2 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net sellers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15666.27 crore against gross selling of Rs 19800.43 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4134.16 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 557.03 crore against gross selling of Rs 1259.73 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 702.70 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 20.38 crore against gross selling of Rs 22.81 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2.43 crore in hybrid segment.
