FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per December 22 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net sellers in equity segment, while net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6326.83 crore against gross selling of Rs 6630.07 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 303.24 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 414.52 crore with gross sales of Rs 309.58 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 104.94 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 5.13 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.83 crore in hybrid segment.
