FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per December 17 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net sellers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8013.36 crore against gross selling of Rs 8496.88 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 483.52 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 179.38 crore with gross sales of Rs 790.57 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 611.19 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1.84 crore against gross selling of Rs 14.05 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 12.21 crore in hybrid segment.
