FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per April 20 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net sellers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9379.16 crore against gross selling of Rs 14469.03 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 5089.87 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 135.67 crore against gross selling of Rs 648.54 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 512.87 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8.90 crore against gross selling of Rs 13.76 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4.86 crore in hybrid segment.
