FIIs stood as net seller in equities as per August 24 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net seller in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7960.18 crore against gross selling of Rs 9314.82 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 1354.64 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 212.21 crore against gross selling of Rs 351.91 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 139.70 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.86 crore against gross selling of Rs 16.95 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 14.09 crore in hybrid segment.
