FIIs stood as net seller in equities as per August 02 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net seller in equity segment, while net buyer in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9797.13 crore against gross selling of Rs 12355.01 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 2557.88 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 226.09 crore with gross sales of Rs 110.15 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 115.94 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 101.20 crore against gross selling of Rs 10.14 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 91.06 crore in hybrid segment.
