FIIs stood as net seller in equities as per April 28 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net seller in equity segment, while net buyer in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5777.08 crore against gross selling of Rs 6886.07 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 1108.99 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 416.44 crore with gross sales of Rs 337.46 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 78.98 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8.05 crore against gross selling of Rs 17.44 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 9.39 crore in hybrid segment.
