FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per May 08 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16826.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 12973.69 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 3852.61 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 995.89 crore against gross selling of Rs 224.34 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 771.55 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 32.22 crore against gross selling of Rs 180.88 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 148.66 crore in hybrid segment.
