FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per May 24 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7702.31 crore against gross selling of Rs 7382.93 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 319.38 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 893.95 crore against gross selling of Rs 765.56 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 128.39 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13.33 crore against gross selling of Rs 15.25 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.92 crore in hybrid segment.
