Mahindra Finance gains on raising Rs 275 crore via NCDs

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 196.20, up by 0.90 points or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 195.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 194.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 197.10 and Rs. 194.05 respectively. So far 55068 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 212.70 on 22-Jul-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 127.95 on 07-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 202.90 and Rs. 188.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 24259.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.16%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.50% and 12.34% respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised Rs 275 crore through the allotment of 2,750 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) at a Fixed Coupon of 7.4601% p.a. of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each on private placement basis. A meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors was held on August 23, 2022 to approve and allotment of the same.
