FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per May 23 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equity and debt segment both, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11207.37 crore against gross selling of Rs 9751.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1455.77 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 141.21 crore with gross sales of Rs 54.97 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 86.24 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3.46 crore against gross selling of Rs 7.75 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4.29 crore in hybrid segment.
