FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 24 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5626.95 crore against gross selling of Rs 5312.11 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 314.84 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 436.07crore with gross sales of Rs 1689.96 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1253.89 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3.31 crore against gross selling of Rs 6.72 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3.41 crore in hybrid segment.
