FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per February 26 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15542.53 crore against gross selling of Rs 13752.39 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 1790.14 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 376.69 crore with gross sales of Rs 2404.40 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 2027.71 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9.33 crore against gross selling of Rs 56.45 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 47.12 crore in hybrid segment.
