Endurance Technologies rises on the bourses

Endurance Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1453.15, up by 9.80 points or 0.68% from its previous closing of Rs. 1443.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1444.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1456.50 and Rs. 1422.30 respectively. So far 3336 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1980.95 on 08-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1047.65 on 29-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1456.50 and Rs. 1344.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 20255.45 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.09% and 1.91% respectively.

Endurance Technologies has acquired 51% of the equity share capital of Maxwell, through a combination of primary issuance and secondary purchase. Consequent to above, Maxwell has become a subsidiary of the company. Balance 49% stake of Maxwell shall be purchased in a phased manner in five tranches, spread over the next five financial years.

Endurance Technologies manufactures aluminium casting (including alloy wheels), suspension, transmission and braking products. The company’s products include aluminium casting, which offers high pressure die castings, low pressure die castings, gravity die castings.
