Anupam Rasayan moves up on signing LoI with USA based Elementium Materials

Anupam Rasayan is currently trading at Rs. 636.75, up by 8.40 points or 1.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 628.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 620.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 641.70 and Rs. 600.95 respectively. So far 4879 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 977.95 on 01-Mar-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 600.95 on 28-Feb-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 644.70 and Rs. 600.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6999.88 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.18%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.75% and 29.07% respectively.
Anupam Rasayan India has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Elementium Materials Inc., a U.S.-based Battery Electrolyte Company, for the supply of chemicals in an advanced electrolyte critical for electric vehicle (EV) batteries. Anupam Rasayan will leverage its cutting-edge research and development expertise in Chemical production to create this high-demand, essential product, with supply expected to commence from end of FY26.
Upon successful product development, the companies will negotiate a supply agreement for 5 years with cumulative sales ranging between $350 million to $450 million. Initial quantities can be supplied through existing manufacturing facilities, while to achieve its full potential, the company would be required to set up a new plant.
