The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 33.52 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 22.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 49.44 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.11 per cent at Rs 245.81 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 273.47 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.56 per cent to Rs 195.08 crore from Rs 215.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.17 per cent at Rs 2.98 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 2.40 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 12.20 per cent to Rs 50.73 crore as against Rs 57.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.32 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 59.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.13 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.47 per cent at Rs 5.83 crore (Mar'21 Rs 14.75 crore).
