Dilip Buildcon moves up on transferring 49% stake in DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak

Dilip Buildcon is currently trading at Rs. 195.80, up by 2.25 points or 1.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 193.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 196.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 197.70 and Rs. 194.70 respectively. So far 15586 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 317.35 on 11-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 187.40 on 01-Jul-2022.

Dilip Buildcon (DBL) has transferred its 49% equity shareholding in DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways to Shrem InvIT on February 24, 2023. The Company has received Rs 24.50 crore against transfer of 49% shareholding of DBL in DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways.

Dilip Buildcon’s core business is undertaking construction projects across India in the roads and irrigation sectors. They specialize in constructing state and national highways, city roads, culverts and bridges.
