Dilip Buildcon jumps as its arm executes concession agreement with NHAI for Andhra Pradesh project

Dilip Buildcon is currently trading at Rs. 220.30, up by 4.40 points or 2.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 215.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 217.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 222.50 and Rs. 214.00 respectively. So far 19260 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 260.75 on 02-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 159.70 on 19-May-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 223.85 and Rs. 207.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3245.97 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.15%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.74% and 16.11% respectively.

Dilip Buildcon’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Bengaluru-Vijayawada Expressway Package-7 has executed the concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) on June 07, 2023 for ‘Development of Six Lane Access Controlled Greenfield Highway from Audireddipalle (Ch. 160+000) to Mallapalle (Ch. 176+000) of (NH544G) Bengaluru - Vijayawada Economic Corridor on HAM Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I in the State of Andhra Pradesh (Package07).’ The bid project cost is Rs 780.12 crore. The Completion period of the project is 24 months.
