Dharmaj Crop Guard jumps on entering into lease deed agreement with Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation
Dharmaj Crop Guard is currently trading at Rs. 214.75, up by 3.45 points or 1.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 211.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 212.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 215.05 and Rs. 211.50 respectively. So far 5298 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 278.90 on 08-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 139.00 on 29-Mar-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 217.05 and Rs. 204.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 726.30 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.01% and 24.58% respectively.
Dharmaj Crop Guard has entered into a lease deed agreement with Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation for the plot situated at Plot No. DP/153/2, Saykha Industrial Estate Bharuch which is next to its existing plant with land admeasuring 3484.40 Sq. metres for the amount of Rs 88,53,861.
The said land is acquired for setting up Boiler separately for operational convenience and safety purpose. The plant will add convenience for the operation, the Projected capacity will remain intact and the transaction is not triggering the materiality policy.
Dharmaj Crop Guard is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, and marketing a wide range of agrochemical formulations such as insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, micro fertilizers and antibiotics to the B2C and B2B customers.
