Datamatics Global Services is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 296.10, up by 49.35 points or 20.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 246.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 253.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 296.10 and Rs. 248.45 respectively. So far 51053 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 382.40 on 12-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 126.00 on 17-May-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 296.10 and Rs. 233.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1745.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.68% and 27.04% respectively.

Datamatics Global Services (Datamatics) has signed contract for design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and comprehensive annual maintenance of EMV based open loop Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system for Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS corridor of NCRTC (National Capital Region Transport Corporation). NCRTC issued the Letter of Acceptance to the company in January 2022.

As part of this project, the company will be responsible for deploying AFC system for the nearly 82 km long Delhi-Meerut Corridor passing through one of the most densely populated sections of the National Capital Region connecting Delhi to Uttar Pradesh. Datamatics in consortium with AEP Ticketing Solutions, will implement the AFC solution with complete responsibility of supplying and implementing the system consisting of contactless ticket readers, smart gates, ticket vending machines, add value machines, point of sale terminals, and computing & communication infrastructure along with the complete device software suite. The NCRTC AFC System will support QR-code (physical and digital), EMV / RuPay open loop contactless card based on NCMC standard and NFC Ticketing (on NFC devices).
