Computer Age Management rises on entering into collaboration to launch CAMS IIT-M Fintech Innovation Lab

Computer Age Management Services is currently trading at Rs. 2189.75, up by 19.30 points or 0.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 2170.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2152.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2218.45 and Rs. 2152.90 respectively. So far 10044 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2985.00 on 17-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2039.00 on 26-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2282.95 and Rs. 2152.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10719.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.92% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 48.12% and 31.97% respectively.

Computer Age Management Services has entered into collaboration with premier research institute, IIT Madras to launch CAMS IIT-M Fintech Innovation Lab (CIFIL), to accelerate financial technology related innovations. The lab is part of the CAMS CSR initiative to focus on ushering innovation & unravelling unique possibilities in the Fintech space and aims to be a world-class hub for research and applied technologies in financial technology space.

The Fintech Innovation Lab at IIT-M will develop research-based decision support systems to financial market players using fintech. The lab will see development of hi-tech solutions addressing the needs of the BFSI sector and will help develop Innovative Fin Tech models to drive Financial Inclusion. The lab will establish an exclusive R&D Cell to focus upon research leading to patents and developing algorithms for the broader use by capital markets and BFSI sector.

Computer Age Management Services offers integrated services for receipt, verification and processing of financial and non-financial transactions for the BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance) sector, largely the mutual fund industry.
