Computer Age Management Services rises on acquires 55.42% stake in TAIPL

Computer Age Management Services is currently trading at Rs. 2328.50, up by 16.55 points or 0.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 2311.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2338.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2357.90 and Rs. 2320.05 respectively. So far 2941 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2689.00 on 13-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2039.00 on 26-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2349.00 and Rs. 2219.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11366.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.92%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 46.42% and 33.66% respectively.

Computer Age Management Services has acquired 55.42% total paid-up share capital of Think Analytics India (TAIPL). The transaction is proposed to be completed before April 10, 2023. Post completion, TAIPL shall become a subsidiary of the Company. Think Analytics Consultancy Services and Think360 AI, Inc. subsidiaries of TAIPL will become step down subsidiaries of the Company. The acquisition will further drive CAMS’s vision of providing technologically superior products in the rapidly growing BFSI and capital markets space.

Computer Age Management Services offers integrated services for receipt, verification and processing of financial and non-financial transactions for the BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance) sector, largely the mutual fund industry.
