Chalet Hotels surges on planning to raise further funds
Chalet Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 415.45, up by 9.10 points or 2.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 406.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 407.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 417.60 and Rs. 407.35 respectively. So far 1842 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 450.00 on 25-May-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 296.05 on 24-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 432.35 and Rs. 401.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8484.95 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.57% and 3.78% respectively.
Chalet Hotels (CHL) is planning to raise further funds from the Promoters of the company for Koramangala project expenses, subject to necessary approvals. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 3, 2023, to interalia, consider and approve the same.
