The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 29.02 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 31.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.84 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.90 per cent at Rs 111.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 122.88 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.63 per cent to Rs 73.53 crore from Rs 79.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 39.40 per cent at Rs 10.26 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 7.36 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 11.25 per cent to Rs 38.41 crore as against Rs 43.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.58 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.57 per cent at Rs 12.68 crore (Mar'21 Rs 13.15 crore).
