Canara Robeco AMC announces change in Board of Directors

Canara Robeco Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs)/ Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) cum Common Application Form of all Scheme(s) of Canara Robeco Mutual Fund.

Canara Robeco Mutual Fund informed that L. V. Prabhakar has ceased to be an Associate Director of the Canara Robeco Asset Management Company.

All other terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Documents/ Key Information Memorandums of the Scheme(s) of the Fund as amended from time to time.
