CRISIL rises on completing acquisition of Peter Lee Associates

CRISIL is currently trading at Rs. 3003.50, up by 5.00 points or 0.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 2998.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2998.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3039.35 and Rs. 2985.00 respectively. So far 1176 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3860.00 on 02-May-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2712.05 on 23-Dec-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3345.90 and Rs. 2974.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 21930.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.69% and 13.60% respectively.

CRISIL has completed acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Peter Lee Associates (PLA) on March 17, 2023 and consequently, PLA has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Final consideration for completion of acquisition after closing adjustments amounts to AUD 6.18 million subject to customary adjustments. The acquisition of Peter Lee will accelerate CRISIL’s strategy in the APAC region to be the foremost player in the growing market of benchmarking analytics across financial services globally.
