Brigade Enterprises limited reported total revenue from operations at 791 up by 24.3% as compared to 635.9 crores in Q4FY20, which is above the market expectations. Company reported profit before tax of 62.8 crores as compared to 6.71 crores in Q4FY20. Company reported profit after tax of 19.5 crores in Q4FY21 as compared to loss of 11.02 in Q4FY2021.
This was one of the difficult year for the real estate companies in India even South India region is now one of the heaviest hit due to covid 19 2nd wave, we expect first half of FY2022 will going to be washout quarter the company and some recovery in 2nd half of the year.
