The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.01 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 9.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 44.40 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.14 per cent at Rs 86.89 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 67.81 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.37 per cent to Rs 79.88 crore from Rs 55.33 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 235.71 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 0.14 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 43.88 per cent to Rs 7.01 crore as against Rs 12.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 56.17 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 6.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.47 per cent at Rs 1.68 crore (Mar'21 Rs 2.92 crore).
