New Delhi : Bharti Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Bharti Enterprises, was honoured with the prestigious award recently for being amongst India's Best WorkplacesTM for Women 2022 - Large Category.

Bharti Foundation has been selected for its equitable people practices that are crafted for its employees, and consistency in workplace experience, especially for women. The Foundation has women holding positions across various levels, starting from an executive position, teachers, head teachers, and going up to leadership positions. As a part of the response on the experience of working with Bharti Foundation, majority of the women employees expressed their appreciation towards the culture and the policies that not just makes them feel secure but also helps them grow as a better professional.
