Bharti Airtel gains after selecting Juniper Networks to deliver network upgrades

Bharti Airtel is currently trading at Rs. 717.60, up by 2.50 points or 0.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 715.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 717.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 723.80 and Rs. 713.00 respectively. So far 95119 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 781.90 on 24-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 471.70 on 21-Dec-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 734.45 and Rs. 693.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 422258.44 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.86%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.02% and 5.13% respectively.

Bharti Airtel has selected Juniper Networks to deliver network upgrades for the expansion of Airtel's nationwide broadband coverage across India. Airtel has expanded its Fibre-to-the-Home broadband coverage to over 430 towns with plans of covering 30 million households in over 2,000 cities in the next three years.

In support of this increased nationwide penetration into many previously underserved cities and markets, the latest network upgrades build on the strong long-term relationship between Airtel and Juniper Networks.
