Bhageria Industries zooms on commissioning 9.50 MW solar power projects at Ahmednagar

Bhageria Industries is currently trading at Rs. 253.50, up by 6.20 points or 2.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 247.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 252.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 254.35 and Rs. 251.45 respectively. So far 522 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 328.55 on 06-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 146.25 on 22-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 254.35 and Rs. 242.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1102.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.07% and Non-Institutions held 28.92%.

Bhageria Industries has successfully commissioned 9.50 MW Solar Power Projects at Village Kombhalne in Ahmednagar, out of which 4 MW is used by the company for self-captive consumption at Tarapur plant and the balance 5.50 MW solar power projects as a turnkey EPC Project for client or their captive consumption.

The company now has total 5 MW of self-captive consumption capacity. This will generate and provide 1 crore Unit per annum to Tarapur plant which helps the company to reduce its dependence on non-renewable sources of energy.

Bhageria Industries is engaged in manufacturing of dye and dye-intermediates. The company has its plant located at Vapi and Tarapur.
