Baroda BNP Paribas AMC announces Change in Risk-o-meter under various schemes
Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) for the schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund (MF).
Baroda BNP Paribas MF has informed that, in terms of provisions of SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/ P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, the Risk-o-meters of Baroda BNP Paribas Corporate Bond Fund (an Open ended Debt Scheme predominantly investing in AA+ and above rated corporate bonds with relatively high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk scheme) and Baroda BNP Paribas Banking and PSU Bond Fund (an Open ended debt scheme predominantly investing in debt instruments of banks, Public Sector Undertakings, Public Financial Institutions and Municipal Bonds with relatively High Interest Rate Risk and Moderate Credit Risk Scheme) of Baroda BNP Paribas MF stands revised from existing ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to moderate’, based on the evaluation of risk levels as on February 28, 2023.
For the Baroda BNP Paribas Dynamic Bond Fund (an Open-ended Dynamic Debt Scheme investing across duration with Relatively High Interest Rate Risk and Moderate Credit Risk Scheme) of Baroda BNP Paribas MF stands revised from existing ‘Low to moderate’ to ‘Moderate’, based on the evaluation of risk levels as on February 28, 2023.
All other features including Product label, terms and conditions pertaining to the Scheme shall remain unchanged. This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SID & KIM of the Schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the SID & KIM remain unchanged.
