Baid Finserv has received an approval for the Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, in one or more tranches upto an amount of Rs 250 crore from time to time, subject to the approval of members of the company in ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on July 26, 2022 has approved the same.
The company is engaged in the business of leasing and hire purchase, auto finance business, etc.
