BPCL gains on picking Deloitte India to implement ambitious digital transformation project

Bharat Petroleum Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 422.05, up by 1.05 points or 0.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 421.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 421.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 425.00 and Rs. 413.55 respectively. So far 237103 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 503.00 on 14-Sep-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 338.40 on 29-Oct-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 449.00 and Rs. 413.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 91976.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.98%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.56% and 12.47% respectively.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has picked Deloitte India to implement an ambitious digital transformation project that aims to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints by providing a single view of products and services across business units.

BPCL chose Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP (Deloitte India) as their technology partner for the project to help build, design and implement various customer-focussed digital initiatives.

BPCL is into exploration, production and retailing of petroleum and petrol related products. The retail business unit of BPCL is into marketing of petrol, diesel and kerosene.
