Ashoka Buildcon rises on bagging projects worth Rs 754.57 crore

Ashoka Buildcon is currently trading at Rs. 89.30, up by 1.15 points or 1.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 88.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 90.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 91.85 and Rs. 89.15 respectively. So far 299522 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 108.50 on 05-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 69.00 on 25-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 91.85 and Rs. 77.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2513.88 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.48%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.03% and 24.48% respectively.

Ashoka Buildcon has received Notifications of Award from Madhya Pradesh PoorvKshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company (MPPKVVCL) for three projects. The aggregate accepted Bid Project Cost for the projects is Rs 754.57 crore. The first project is for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of New 11 KV Lines, LT Line on AB cable, Distribution Transformer Substation and supporting works such as DPs, TPs, Crossing etc. for separation of 11 KV mix Feeders & Mix DTRs under Revamped Reforms-based and Results-linked Distribution Sector (Package-06) in Balaghat circle of MPPKVVCL, Jabalpur Company Area.

The second project is for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of New 11 KV Lines, LT Line on AB cable, Distribution Transformer Substation and Supporting works such as DPs, TPs, Crossing etc. for separation of 11 KV mix Feeders & Mix DTRs under Revamped Reforms-based and Results-linked Distribution Sector (Package-08) in Satna circle of MPPKVVCL, Jabalpur Company Area. The third project is for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new 11 kv lines, LT lines on AB cables, Distribution transformer sub stations and supporting works under Revamped Reforms-based and Results linked distribution sector package 7 in Rewa circle of MPPKVVCL, Jabalpur company area.

Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
