Ashok Leyland catches speed on reporting 4- fold jump in May sales

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 153.40 on 16-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 93.20 on 08-Mar-2022.

Ashok Leyland has reported 4- fold jump in its total sales, including exports, at 13273 units in May 2022 as compared to 3199 in the same month last year. Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales were stood at 5328 units in May 2022. Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) Trucks and bus sales stood at 6847 units and 1098 units, respectively.
Domestic sales in May 2022 stood at 12458 units. Domestic LCV sales stood at 5190 units in May 2022. Domestic M&HCV Trucks and bus sales stood at 6639 units and 629 units, respectively.
