Ashiana Housing surges on raising Rs 26.40 crore via NCDs

Ashiana Housing is currently trading at Rs. 138.00, up by 1.00 points or 0.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 137.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 138.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 139.50 and Rs. 135.30 respectively. So far 2810 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 209.95 on 23-Sep-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 113.65 on 20-Jun-2022.

Ashiana Housing has raised Rs 26.40 crore through the allotment of 264 Un-Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis. Tenor of the issue is 20 years. The Executive Committee of Directors on July 20, 2022 have allotted the same.
