Apollo Tyres trades jubilantly on reporting 49% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

The scrip opened at Rs. 237.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 257.35 and Rs. 236.05 respectively. So far 368499 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 257.35 on 16-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 165.40 on 07-Mar-2022.

Apollo Tyres has reported a rise of 53.62% in its net profit at Rs 104.34 crore for first quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 67.92 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 37.06% at Rs 4,465.08 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 3,257.76 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 49.21% in its net profit at Rs 190.68 crore for first quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 127.79 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 28.71% at Rs 5,952.61 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 4,624.92 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
