The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs 2.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 960.61 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.46 per cent at Rs 155.61 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 110.00 crore in the corresponding period last year. During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.39 per cent to Rs 113.33 crore from Rs 104.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 39.53 per cent at Rs 1.20 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 0.86 crore). Operating Profit surged by 677.21 per cent to Rs 42.28 crore as against Rs 5.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 450.00 per cent in December quarter. Interest grew by 537.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 2492.16 per cent at Rs 13.22 crore (Dec'19 Rs 0.51 crore).
