Alfa Transformers touches roof on procuring orders worth Rs 30.66 crore for Vadodara unit

Alfa Transformers is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 26.13, up by 1.24 points or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 24.89 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 26.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 26.13 and Rs. 25.33 respectively. So far 37554 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 26.40 on 10-Mar-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 5.40 on 05-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 26.40 and Rs. 23.02 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23.91 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.99%, while Non-Institutions held 53.01% stake in the company.

Alfa Transformers has procured orders worth of Rs 30.66 crore for their Vadodara unit from Electricity Utility Companies of Gujarat. Similarly, its Bhubaneswar unit has received orders worth of Rs 5.25 crore. Total orders in hand are Rs 35.91 crore as on date.

Alfa Transformers is engaged in the production of Electrical Distribution & Power Transformers. The company is a major supplier to utilities, multinationals and domestic corporate.
