Adani Ports gains on incorporating joint venture company with Gadot Chemical Terminals
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone is currently trading at Rs. 898.80, up by 3.35 points or 0.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 895.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 896.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 906.20 and Rs. 895.05 respectively. So far 136218 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 987.90 on 20-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 652.05 on 24-Feb-2022.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has incorporated a joint venture company with Gadot Chemical Terminals (1985) in Israel namely ‘Mediterranean International Ports A.D.G.D’ on November 13, 2022. Mediterranean has been incorporated as a Joint Venture Company with Gadot Chemical Terminals (1985) for acquisition of Haifa Port Company (HPC), which currently operates Haifa Port in Israel.
