Adani Enterprises rises on acquiring 100% stake in SIBIA

Adani Enterprises (AEL) has acquired 100% stake of SIBIA Analytics and Consulting Services (SIBIA) on December 27, 2022. The acquisition is of strategic nature and will help Adani Group to enhance its AI / ML capabilities. Cost of acquisition is Rs 14.80 crore.
