Adani Enterprises moves up on incorporating Wholly Owned Subsidiary
Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 2362.35, up by 27.75 points or 1.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 2334.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2352.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2381.20 and Rs. 2341.90 respectively. So far 23962 shares were traded on the counter.

Adani Enterprises has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely, Puri Natural Resources (PNRL), on April 27, 2022, with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs 10,00,000 each to, interalia, carry on manufacturing and processing of minerals, TiO2 Slag manufacturing, Pigment manufacturing etc. and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. PNRL will commence its business operations in due course.
