Adani Enterprises gains as its JV signs MoU with Adani Power
Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 4011.50, up by 18.60 points or 0.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 3992.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 4049.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4049.00 and Rs. 4010.35 respectively. So far 8216 shares were traded on the counter.

Adani Enterprises’ (AEL) joint venture (JV) -- AdaniConnex (ACX) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adani Power (APL) to acquire 100% equity shares of APL’s wholly owned subsidiary namely, Support Properties. The object of acquisition is to set up infrastructure facilities. The transaction is expected to complete by end of January, 2023. The acquisition will be done at an Enterprise Valuation of Rs 1,556.50 crore subject to adjustments on the closing date.
