AU Small Finance Bank jumps on raising Rs 500 crore via Bonds
AU Small Finance Bank is currently trading at Rs. 630.10, up by 20.75 points or 3.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 609.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 608.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 644.45 and Rs. 608.50 respectively. So far 62214 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 732.90 on 21-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 467.50 on 27-Dec-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 644.45 and Rs. 587.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 39329.94 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 28.21%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 53.48% and 18.31% respectively.
AU Small Finance Bank’s board has approved the allotment of 500 Tier II Bonds of face value of Rs 1 crore each, for cash, at par aggregating to Rs 500 crore at a coupon rate of 9.30% p.a. on a private placement basis. The said Tier II Bonds are rated ‘AA/Stable’ by CRISIL Ratings and CARE Ratings and shall be listed on Wholesale Debt market segment of BSE. The Board of Directors of the Bank vide resolution passed on August 3, 2022 approved the allotment of the same.
