The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 1 point higher at 25,104 on Tuesday.

ACME Solar

The company commissioned 75 MW at its 1300-acre Sikar solar project, taking total commissioned solar capacity to 240 MW of planned 300 MW, financed by PFC and expected to generate 780 million units of solar energy annually.

Ashok Leyland

The company’s subsidiary Optare Plc acquired 1.01% in Switch Mobility UK from Dana raising its stake to 99.57% and completed full ownership.

Devyani International

The company allotted 2.37 crore shares worth Rs.419.3 crore on preferential basis to acquire 80.72% stake in Sky Gate.

HCLTech

The company expanded its partnership with The Standard to drive AI-led transformation, enhance digital services, and support the insurer’s shift to a scalable, agile IT operating model.

IREDA

The company allotted 12.15 crore shares at Rs.165.14 each via QIP, raising funds from QIBs at a 5% discount to floor price.

L&T

The company secured major (Rs.5,000–10,000 crore) orders for 765kV and 400kV lines in AP and 220kV, 132kV GIS substations in the Middle East.

Man Infraconstruction

The company acquired 36.07% in Man Realtors & Holdings for Rs.36.76 crore to make it a wholly owned subsidiary.

NBCC

The company received a Rs.50.54 crore work order from the Ministry of Tourism for Maa Chintpurni Temple project under Prashad Scheme in HP.

Powergrid

The company approved Rs.131.68 crore investment for setting up National Unified Network Management System to be commissioned by February 2027.

RITES

The company received an international order worth $2.9 million from Guyana’s Ministry of Public Works for road project construction supervision.

Texmaco Rail

The company received a Rs.44.04 crore order from Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation for traction transformers and related works to be executed in 18 months.
