Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping held a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in Russia’s Kazan on October 23. Both the leaders met for the first time in 5-years days after India-China agreed on patrolling arrangements along LAC. During the bilateral meet, PM Modi talked on peace talks along border and said peace at border should be priority.
