In a recent interview about the upcoming Season 3 Part 2 of the popular series Ek Badnaam Aashram, actor Bobby Deol discussed his role and the challenges he faced in portraying the character of Baba. He said, “I wanted to play a character which was out of my comfort zone... The thing is that once your image is made in the industry, you get work accordingly. I got a message from Prakash ji that he wanted to meet me. When I met him, I heard the story and I thought that he would offer me the role of a police officer because I was capable of playing that role. He told me that he wanted me to play the character of Baba. I thought I was hearing something wrong, but he had full faith that I would be able to play the character and it happened the way we had expected..."
